Friendly staff. Fresh smell. Quiet room with adjustable air con. Reliable WiFi. English TV channels. Good room service. I would stay again.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was conveniently close to a metro station and bus terminal. It was also situated near three fantastic restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Paris. The staff were very helpful and provided clear instructions on how to use the metro system. We had a romantic escape and the hotel definitely set the right mood for us. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that we loved. the location was also great, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient for us to explore the city. There were a couple of things that we didn't like. the room size was a bit smaller than what we're used to, which made it a bit cramped for us.

There was a temporary substitute staff member who was not as professional as the rest of the team.

This hotel is a real gem, offering great value for money. The rooms may be compact, but they are clean, well-kept, and come with a very comfy bed and nice sheets. Plus, the hotel staff, like David, are extremely helpful and pleasant, ensuring a delightful stay.

One downside is that the shower in some rooms is without a curtain, causing the bathroom to become wet after use.

Great location, near metro and bus, short distance to Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Nice bakers, restaurants, and markets nearby. Friendly and supportive personnel. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Excellent shower with adjustable features. Nice view from the room.
